ただいま大潮により漁が難しくまた再開しましたら告知致します
伊勢海老は佐世保を越えて長崎県西海市崎戸から
ストップの理由としてはいつもお隣の県まで直接買い付けに行ってるのですが
大潮の時期と重なり今は在庫が無いとの事でした
来週にもう一度確認して再開できる目処が立ちましたらこちらにて告知いたします
I’m sorry to inform you that we have to temporarily stop serving our lobster course due to the difficulty in securing a steady supply.
The reason is that the recent spring tide coincided with the season when it is particularly challenging to catch them.
We usually purchase them directly from Sakito, Saikai City, Nagasaki Prefecture, beyond Sasebo.
However, due to the shortage of supply caused by this natural phenomenon, we have run out of stock.
We will confirm the availability again next week and inform you of any updates regarding the resumption of the course.
